A: We recommend shaking the pouch before refilling as its natural ingredients can occasionally cause separation.

Q: How many bottles can the 1L refill pouch fill?
A: Our refill pouches will fill our aluminum 12oz bottle 2.8 times, our 10oz shampoos 3.2 times and our 8oz conditioners 4.1 times!

Q: What is the shelf life of the 1L refill pouch after it’s been open?
A: 12 months.

Q: How do I extend the life of my bottles to reuse as long as possible?
A: Our bottles can easily be rinsed, dried and used multiple times!

Q: Are refill pouches recyclable?
A: AG pouches are not currently recyclable due to an inner layer required to protect the stability of AG formulas. However, the caps are recyclable and our pouches use 73% less plastic and take 62% less energy to produce than our previous litre bottles leaving a smaller footprint and generating fewer CO2 emissions.

Not so great

"Have to say I'm a bit disappointed with this one. The good: the shampoo and conditioner both have an amazing smell, and I don't mind the shampoo. It's light and makes a great lather. The Bad: the conditioner is not good. It leaves my hair feeling sorta sticky and insanely dry after I wash and style. Almost like I didn't even use conditioner. Pretty disappointing overall. I will stick with the Vita C for conditioner and the Curl Revive shampoo going forward. Still love most other AG products and will continue to treat myself to those little luxuries."

I Found the Volume I needed

"I'm thriled to have found AG Care's THIKK WASH Volumizing Shampoo for three reasons: 1) it's Canadian; 2) it's natural; 3) it WORKS! I went from having no hair to having real hair that was soft, yet full of body. THIKK WASH, combined with THIKK RINSE is almost all I need to go about my day. When I want to get fancy, I add a little (and you only need a little) DRY LIFT volumizing paste, but the shampoo and conditioner are great on their own."
