SHIPPING

The AG team will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible with carriers, UPS and ATS. Most orders arrive in approximately 2-5 business days.

AG offers free standard shipping on all orders that are $50 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totalling less than $50, there is a shipping charge of $10 for standard shipping. Please note AG does not currently offer expedited shipping or shipping outside of North America.

AG is happy to offer UPS Access Point drop offs for those customers with PO Box addresses. Simply select your UPS Access Point of choice during check out.

Once the order has left our warehouses, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. AG is not responsible for delays due to weather, address errors, or other unforeseen shipping related delays.


RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your product purchase, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase, with receipt, as outlined below for a full return or exchange.

In-store Returns: For AG purchases made at salon and retail stores, please return the product with receipt to the purchase location for a refund or exchange. Please ensure you check with the salon or retailer for details of their return policy.

Online Returns: For AG Care purchases made on ag.care, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You may contact us by clicking on the ‘Contact Us’ form located on the bottom right corner of your screen, or by email: customersupport@ag.care. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

For purchases made on Amazon.ca, please contact Amazon directly.

Products purchased through unauthorized retailers such as eBay are not guaranteed by AG Care.


ORDER ISSUES

If you encounter any problems with your order (not received, damaged or defective, etc.), please contact us by clicking on the contact us form, located on the bottom right corner of your screen, or by email: customersupport@ag.care.

In the instance the product arrives damaged or defective, please provide the product lot number located on the product in the contact form. A photograph of the damage/defect is required. 

AG is not responsible for lost of stolen orders. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping details. Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify any details such as shipping information.

The AG Customer Experience team tries to address all issues as soon as possible, please allow 3-5 business days.  


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order and payment are accepted, it is immediately placed in the process to be shipped and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.

Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been received, please refer to the Return Policy above.


PAYMENT INFORMATION

Shopify offers secure online ordering and accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Orders are subject to sales tax based on states/provincial bylaws. These may change without notice depending on regulations.   

All prices are in CND. Payment for orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear so on your credit card statement. At this time, we are unable to ship outside of North America.


DISCOUNT CODES AND GIFT CARD TERMS

Discount codes are one-use only and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Promotional codes provided by AG Care, are only valid on ag.care.

Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain easy-to-follow instructions to redeem at checkout. NO expiry date and NO processing fees. Print out or simply email directly to the recipient.

We do not accept third-party gift cards.


HOT TOOLS GUARANTEE

AG Care’s Midnight Pro series tools have a 12-month guarantee. Please fill out and submit a photo of the product warranty card, along with a copy of your receipt and contact us by the form located on the bottom right corner of your screen or by email: customersupport@ag.care
