"I really wanted to love these products! I bought this shampoo and conditioner hoping it would help my oily and sensitive scalp but I still need to wash my hair every day. . . I stopped using the conditioner as it leaves residue on my short hair and it already feel oily the next morning after washing my hair the night before. better than expected

"i bought this conditioner as i’ve recently become very sensitive to many chemicals and fragrances. i use the balance shampoo and it works well for my sensitivities, so i thought this conditioner would do the job and smell the same. it smells different, and very good, like dessert actually! the fragrance is not overpowering and can be fully rinsed out of your hair. i even accidentally got it in my mouth and it didn’t taste bad. the conditioner is also fairly moisturizing and works well with my (short) curly hair, which i wasn’t expecting as i usually need to use hair-mask levels of conditioner. it doesn’t leave my scalp looking or feeling oily, just softer hair :) very happy with this product, a little goes a long way. will definitely be getting a refill once i need it!!!"

I’m buying this shampoo for the first time so do ai buy the 12oz bottle or can I buy the 1L refill and a bottle separately ?: great question! Our 12oz bottles are meant to be refilled, one the product is used within the 12oz. You would refill the 12oz with the liter pouch.
