Q. I used to use Dry Waxx, does Tousled Texture replace it? 
A. Tousled Texture is the product we recommend as the closest alternative to achieve mussed up hair, piecey texture, instant volume and shine.

Q. What is the difference between Tousled Texture and Sea Spray?
A. Tousled Texture will create piecey texture and add instant volume and shine. Sea Spray helps you create gritty, wavy texture and volume.

Q. Can Dry Lift be used for curly hair?
A. Yes - with fingertips, apply to roots to revive second- or third-day hair or to ends for texture and definition.

Q. Can Renew be used daily?
A. We suggest using Renew 1-2 times per week between washes with your other AG shampoos to remove product build up, mineral deposits and chlorine.

Q. Will Renew strip colour, is it colour safe?
A. Renew will not strip colour. Our entire collection is safe to use on colour-treated hair.

Q. What is the difference between Renew and Balance?
A. If you're seeking a clarifying shampoo, we recommend using Renew 1 - 2 times per week to remove product build up, mineral deposits and chlorine. Balance can be used daily to gently clarify and maintain a healthy environment for hair.

Q. What makes AG formulas unique?

A. AG formulas are free of drying sulfates, are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. All our formulas meet or exceed leading “clean” ingredient programs. Great product, cleaner and kinder formulas.

Q: Should refill pouches be shaken before use?
A: We recommend shaking the pouch before refilling as its natural ingredients can occasionally cause separation.

Q: How many bottles can the 1L refill pouch fill?
A: Our refill pouches will fill our aluminum 12oz bottle 2.8 times, our 10oz shampoos 3.2 times and our 8oz conditioners 4.1 times!

Q: What is the shelf life of the 1L refill pouch after it’s been open?
A: 12 months.

Q: How do I extend the life of my bottles to reuse as long as possible?
A: Our bottles can easily be rinsed, dried and used multiple times! 

Q: Are refill pouches recyclable?
A: AG pouches are not currently recyclable due to an inner layer required to protect the stability of AG formulas. However, the caps are recyclable and our pouches use 73% less plastic and take 62% less energy to produce than our previous litre bottles leaving a smaller footprint and generating fewer CO2 emissions.
