How often can the Reconsruct mask be used?: Reconstruct can be used in replacement as a treatment conditioner in the shower as needed or after both shampoo and conditioner for a deeper treatment. It depends on how much nourishment you're after. To maximize on benefits, leave on your hair for 3-5 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
